The new year is around the corner and with that comes new goals and challenges. For the first time, I’m sharing my goals for 2019 in reference to writing and what you can expect from me.
When I make decisions, I want to make decisions that will ultimately be good for my business and be a win-win for everybody involved. That means my fans, my publishing team, and myself.
Just recently, within the last month, I’ve made the decision that I was no longer going to be giving away free books… sort of. I explain what I mean in this post.
I looked at the text. I haven’t posted anything since April. You’re probably saying, “What’s wrong with you Easton? Are you lollygagging over there?” C’mon, son (those who are fans of Psych will know that reference). You should know better than that. Let me give you the 411 on why it’s been such a long pause in between posts.
There’s so much to do here at RIU HQ and sometimes, we can get a little sidetracked. We had to regroup and reprioritize to get back on the wagon and this summer is gearing up to be the busiest time we’ve had in a long time with the release of Blackson’s Revenge and the goal to have the whole trilogy released by the end of August. Oh yeah. It’s about to get hot up in here.
The RIU is a burgeoning dimension. It is a city but beyond being a city. It is a time but in many respects timeless. In order to understand the language used by its citizens, I’ve released the RIU Coex. Today, you’ll find out what all those phrases and abbreviations me that I have used all over the place.
