I’ve got a couple things to talk about this week so this post is more of an update on the multiple things I have going on as well as a small realization about the power of simplicity and how that has helped me get things completed.
Using other forms of art t inspire work is something artists have been doing forever. For many writers, the right music goes a long way in being productive. I’m one of them who needs the write music, and i use four different kinds.
You know the old saying, “You only live once.” That is true… kinda. Nevertheless, for what I want to talk about today, living once means I may as well enjoy what I can and be productive at the same time. That’s I’m getting back to blogging.
When you’re an indie writer, you’re a business owner. And business thrives by trying new things to help it grow. For me, that’s focusing on an alternative way to launch my books.
Genre. Novel genres specifically have been a bane to my existence since I started on this writer excursion. It was a hurdle I did not think I would have, but here I am years later trying to peg what genre category my work falls into. Finally, I believe I have nailed that down.
